Privacy Policy

Shivraj Trading LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Fast Match: Sky Harbor (the “Game”). This policy explains what information the Game and its service providers collect, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

The Game does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The Game and its service providers may collect:

• Gameplay and product-interaction data, such as app launches, sessions, level starts and completions, offer views, button interactions, and progress events.
• An app-instance or anonymous identifier used to distinguish installations and provide analytics or purchase functionality.
• General location derived from a masked internet address. The Game does not use Apple's Location Services or collect precise GPS location.
• Purchase history, including product identifiers, transaction status, localized price, and currency. Payment credentials are entered with Apple and are not available to us.
• Diagnostic information, including crash reports, stack traces, application state, device model, operating-system version, app version, and service-performance logs.

How we use information

• Operate the Game and deliver purchased items.
• Validate purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and troubleshoot transactions.
• Understand gameplay balance and improve levels, features, stability, and performance.
• Measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns.
• Detect and resolve crashes, errors, and abuse.

Service providers

• Apple StoreKit for payment processing.
• RevenueCat for purchase validation, purchase analytics, and entitlement services.
• Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for product analytics and diagnostics.
• Meta SDK for app activation and non-revenue funnel measurement. Advertising-identifier collection and automatic event logging are disabled in the Game.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and are required to protect it consistently with applicable law and their agreements with us.

Tracking and advertising

The Game does not display advertising, does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier, and does not use collected data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. If our practices change, we will update this policy and any required in-app consent before enabling those practices.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary by service provider and data type.

Deleting the Game removes locally stored game progress from that device unless the data is preserved by an Apple service. To request access to or deletion of information reasonably associated with you, email thatnitish@gmail.com. Because the Game does not use named accounts, we may need limited device, purchase, or anonymous identifier information to locate a record, and in some cases we may not be able to associate anonymous analytics with an individual.

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where applicable.

International processing

Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules different from your region.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date when changes are posted.
